Martin Ries has been a part of the Advantage Roofing sales team since February of 2005. His background includes over 8 years of running his own successful home improvement company that specialized in Roofing, Siding and Windows. He also worked for a local home exterior supply company as an outside salesperson. Shannon Brown is Advantage Roofing's most recent addition to its sales team. Shannon has an in-home sales background selling Roofing, Siding and Windows. He too has outside sales experience with a local home exterior supply company. He has certifications from several manufacturers demonstrating his willingness to stay current with all of the products and applications relevant to our industry. Tim Brown is the founder and owner of Advantage Roofing. His commitment to quality and excellence is the driving force that keeps our company head and shoulders above the competition. Tim is present on the job site, lending his expertise as well as his labor when need. His hands on approach and extensive knowledge of all aspects of home construction gives our customers the assurance that each job will be completed to the exacting standards his company stands for. Raul Ortiz has been with our company since April 2002, he has a background in many different types of roofing. From commercial flat roofing to concrete tile and metal work Raul has almost seen it all. His ability to motivate his crew and complete jobs under budget and on or ahead of schedule is amazing. Raul and his crew repeatedly get compliments and praise from our customers about how well they work together and how efficient they are. Dependable employees like Raul are one of the largest reasons we are able give our customers some of the best service and workmanship in the industry. Our installation team is dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction. Our installers have earned industry recognition for their training and knowledge, and continuously update our skills and techniques to ensure that they meet the needs of our homeowners and specifications of our manufacturers.

Jamie Wolfe has been with our company since November of 2002. Jamie is our Salesperson in charge of repairs, and because of his extensive "in the field experience he is able to better serve our customers needs. He is also our Crew Manager, repair technician, gutter installer, drywaller, trim carpenter, framer, custom metal fabricator and he wears any other hat that we throw on him. He has experience in many different specialties, and because of this, we can count on him to assess a situation, communicate with our customers, sales team and crews, develop a systematic approach to solving the issue, and last but not least completing the task or overseeing one of our crews and their completion the task. Having an employee like Jamie allows everyone in our company to operate more efficiently, more professionally and allows us to service our customers in many different ways. We are able to, not only install a skylight, but frame out the interior, drywall it and trim it too. We are not only able to do simple straight forward jobs, we are able to do the most complex of jobs that would normally require several subcontractors and multiple trips back to the job which would be more costly and extend the length of time to complete the job.
