The Roofing process can be a little intimidating if you have never had the opportunity to see it from start to finish. We realize that we are an inconvenience in the day to day operations of your household, and the sooner we are gone the better for you. This is the main reason we only allow employees of Advantage Roofing to work on the roof of your home. When you hire Advantage Roofing to replace your roof, Advantage Roofing does the work. We don't hire out our roofs to anyone, regardless of the situation. We pride ourselves on having some of the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. We are not trying to find the cheapest Sub Contractor that is available when you need your work done. We don't sit around and hope that a Sub Contractor that we hired is going to show up on time, do things the right way, and complete your project in a professional and timely manner. We make sure our employees are punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We show up usually at the break of dawn and most days we don't leave until the sun is starting to set. At Advantage Roofing we train our employees using only the best techniques and trade knowledge available. We leave nothing to chance; all of our employees are closely supervised by Crew Leaders and a Crew Manager. They receive instructions from our salesmen and supervisors, and then follow them to perfection. Either Asphalt or Synthetic Roofing Felt is then used to cover the rest of the exposed roof sheathing.

- The ventilation system that you have chosen is then installed. Continuous Ridge Vent is the recommended type of ventilation due to is superior performance and non-obtrusive look.
- All Counter Flashings are then installed and any roof mounted devices, siding, gutters or other items that were removed are then re-installed once the job is complete.
- A thorough clean-up of the ground and surrounding areas is performed. All tools and equipment are loaded up and a final walk around performed by the crew is performed.
